On August 11-12, 2007 I went down to southern California to visit my friend Andrew. We went to the DCI drum corps finals at the Rose Bowl on the first day, and then the next day, I got to take a look around his base, where I got to see some funny signs. It was a short trip, and there wasn't much to take pictures of.

On July 27, I flew to New Orleans with my buddy Jason to see the San Jose SaberCats play at the ArenaBowl on Sunday the 29th. While we were out there, we went on an airboat tour and drove on the 24-mile Lake Pontchartrain Causeway (the longest bridge in the world). We also did lots of aimless driving and exploring; checking out the Louisiana countryside. Oh yeah, we saw the ArenaBowl, too.

From June 22 through June 30, I went for a second time with a team from my church down to Ensenada, Mexico for a mission trip. We put on a Vacation Bible School for a Rayo de Luz in a small neighborhood on the outskirts of town. Just as before, it was an amazing time.

On June 21, 2007, I went with my brothers to San Francisco. We stopped by Fort Point (it was closed) then re-visted some parts of the Marin Headlands that we visited in December.

On June 15, 2007, my brother Matt became the last of the three McLenegan brothers to graduate high school. Since graduation high school, he has joined the Army, shipping off to training on June 28, 2007.
